In February 2022, Mubadala announced an expansion of its global partnership with Apollo Global Management, one of the world’s largest alternative asset managers.
The partnership includes anchoring Apollo Capital Solutions business, which originates transactions across various asset classes and grows its product capabilities to finance large corporates. The partnership is designed to meet increasing market demand for efficient and bespoke multi-billion-dollar equity and debt solutions. It also provides Mubadala with access to a pipeline of compelling investment opportunities sourced through the Capital Solutions business.
The expanded partnership builds on the successful Apollo Strategic Origination Partners platform, which was formed in 2020, and reinforces the strong relationship between Mubadala and Apollo.
