In June 2022, in partnership with EQT, we made a 30 percent investment in Envirotainer, the global provider of mission-critical cold chain transportation solutions for pharmaceutical companies.
Envirotainer ships around two million doses of medicines per day across more than a hundred countries, enabling access to life-saving pharmaceuticals and vaccines.
Our investment will support Envirotainer’s expansion in Asia Pacific region and its continuing growth in Europe, increasing consumer access to critical medical interventions.
Additionally, in December, alongside Harvest Partners, we acquired a 47 percent stake in Dental Care Alliance (DCA), a leading US-based dental services organization employing 900 dentists in 22 states that provide over 3.5 million patient visits per year. Mubadala’s investment will enable the growth and innovation needed to further expand DCA’s network, improve access to dental care across the USA and enhance the experience of DCA’s patients.
